Description
Ambroxol is a metabolite of Bromhexine. It possesses mucokinetic (improvement in mucus transport) and secretolytic (liquefies secretions) properties. Ambroxol stimulates the serous cells of the glands of the mucous membrane of bronchi, increasing the content of mucus secretion. The mucolytic effect is associated with depolymerization and splitting of mucoproteins and mucopolysaccharide fibres, which leads to reduction in the viscosity of mucus.

Globexim 200 Capsule
Globexim 200 Capsule: Each capsule contains Cefixime Trihydrate USP equivalent to Cefixime 200 mg.
Globexim (Cefixime) is a broad spectrum semisynthetic third generation Cephalosporin antibiotic, for oral administration. It is a bactericidal antibiotic & is stable to hydrolysis by many beta lactamases. Cefixime kills bacteria by interfering in the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall. 40-50% of an oral dose is absorbed from gastrointestinal tract whether taken with meals or not. The plasma half-life is usually about 3 to 4 hours and may be prolonged when there is renal impairment. Cefixime is mainly excreted unchanged in bile and urine.

Description
Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses the secretion of gastric acid by specific inhibition of the gastric proton pump (H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system) at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell. This effect on the final step of the gastric acid formation process is dose-dependent and provides for highly effective inhibition of both basal acid secretion and stimulated acid secretion, irrespective of the stimulus. Omeprazole is almost completely metabolized and rapidly eliminated mostly through urine.
Surgidol 10 Tablet
Surgidol 10 Tablet: Each film coated tablet contains Ketorolac Tromethamine USP 10 mg. Surgidol 30 IM/IV Injection: Each ml contains Ketorolac Tromethamine BP 30 mg.
Description
Surgidol (Ketorolac Tromethamine) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exhibits analgesic activity mediated by peripheral effects. It has more pronounced analgesic activity than other available NSAIDs. Ketorolac inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins through inhibition of the cyclo-oxygenase enzyme system. Surgidol is not an anesthetic agent and possesses no sedative or anxiolytic properties.
